“we’re not incited to jump too far down his throat over this issue.”
But we will sure blow it out of proportion. It gives us the opportunity to slam SC workers and screw up fractions again.

Is there really any question which one the Great Governor and the Senior Senator from South Carolina would choose:

Servants dressed in Tails speaking Jamaican vs. Servants dressed in Bibs speaking Gullah

C’mon Man

Watch for John Kerry and his wife Teresa Heinz Kerry at the remote 41 Ocean Course Dr. that is behind two security checkpoints.

Warren Lasch, the federal criminal (arrested by FBI, pleaded guilty to pension fund abuse) and former president of “Friends of the Hunley, Inc.” who built that house, sold it to an Atlanta-based trust Teresa owns for $10.3 million.

Kerry bought it during his 2004 Presidential campaign, planning to use the “Ocean Course” in front to come-and-go by presidential helicopter (“Air Force Two”).

Nine SC applicants huh. Well when I sent in my resume (packed with experience and several great references) I never even received a call back. when I finally broke down and called to check the status, I was asked what my salary requirements were, and remember stating somewhere in the $8.50/hr range, and the female on the line named Gretchen, kind of snickered and said they were looking for only minimum wage laborers. Funny though, the ad for the jobs specifically asked for SERIOUS INQUIRIES/HOSTING PROFESSIONALS ONLY.

I am calling BULLSHIT on this entire claim by Lindsay Graham, because I know of four other people who also applied and they received the same treatment…

Dude, you should contact the Daily Caller (even though it is a wingnut rag) and tell your story.

This pisses me off, with SC’s unemployment, that our suck-ass Senator would be lobbying to fly in foreigners to work and insulting SC citizens in the process.

The employment laws are for the little people. Just like all laws really…they aren’t for the rich, powerful, & well connected….unless of course one of them pisses off someone even more well connected.

“Graham will be feted at an October fundraiser at Kiawah”

Correction: “Graham will be fellated at an October fundraiser”

Why do you think they called in the Jamaican houseboys?

Wow I used to work out there 18 years ago and they had lots of South Carolinians college kids, middle aged people, whites and black working there except the golf course whih was already all Mexican. Pay was pretty good 6- 8 dollars per hour plus automatic gratuity of 18%.You could clear 500 per week in a few days and they had a good insurance and 401k. Guess they would rather use cheap foreign labor. They kind of like to overstaff the place so I am sure this cheap labor works great for them.

They got nine (American) applicants for these jobs,” Graham told an Easley, S.C. Rotary Club, according to reporting from a local Patch affiliate. “Three of them failed the drug test”
I call bullshit.

Gawd, that Daily Caller is a junky website. I hope it didn’t give my computer cooties. I’d like to see this reported by a reputable media outlet. Not that I don’t believe it, it just deserves broader attention.
