Wow: It’s amazing to see the HIT (or comment) count bottom out on FITS…as FITS becomes more of a blatant Shill for Sanford…and a weapon for the democrat party….

You amaze too easily. Hit count and comment count are not the same thing. Apparently people don’t like the Disqus commenting system as much as the old one. Either it will catch on or not. The blog will adjust one way or another, and the hit count will not suffer as a result. You, on the other had, are rendered more and more irrelevant since you are a chickenshit pussy who won’t stand behind your own words with your real name, or let us see your face. Now you apparently can’t figure out how to get an avatar for your alias here in a way that will shield your identity, so you became less noticeable with each passing day. Dipshit.

While Mr. Young’s comments demonstrate his own ignorance, I am amazed how mainstream liberal stations like MSNBC can profess outrage at comments such as these, but yet continue to ignore the much more vital issue of institutional racism.
Things like the drug war are institutionally racist. Federal sentencing laws for most drug crimes are institutionally racist. These are issues that mainstream liberals never address, and many even support these institutionally racist policies.
We live in a society in which one is racist if they say “wetback” or the N word. But if one continues to support institutionally racist policies, there is no similar charge. Incidents such as this are in my opinion much less harmful than the continued policies both parties push so willingly.
MSNBC does talk about legalization of weed, but yeah, they are fairly quiet (with rare exception) regarding the drug war because arack-Bay isn’t putting in anyone who would even dream of scaling it down.
You have to wait until the Republicans are in charge, that way they can raise hell about it without having to do anything about it.

In my 61 years I have gained enough experience to write volumes about institutional racism including that of my neighbors from birth to young adulthood expressed overtly, until present day suppressed racism while not overt, yet evident none-the-less.. As one who has witnessed the silliness and absurdity of ruining young people’s lives for a simple possession conviction I can speak to that as well.
