Sam is a good person with a compassion for people . If he did use inmate labor it was to help them to get a job outside. And anything he has done I am sure it was for the imates interest at heart. These guys are people too. So now who is sherrif Kip Kiser ? Omg what a joke he is a pupet for sure he can’t even embalm a body he hires it done !! He is a crook from the word go!! He never would have graduated mortuary school if not from help with others. Wake up people Sam Parker at his worse is better than kip at his best!!’
We all know inmates are people too, but Parker broke policy. It doesn’t matter if you’re a Police Officer or a Correctional Officer, The main policy is to never give contraband to an inmate. How can you stand up for this man? When he allows inmates to go out into the very public, he was sworn to protect, to eat lunch in restaurants? I have met Parker several times and yes he seems like a nice guy. But it doesn’t change the fact he broke policy. I have seen his Office handle my little brother’s case poorly and now he is dead. And yes,our family blames him and his Office for it. “You reap what you sow”. And what about the Tyson Lane Lowery case? Poorly handled by CCSO and the CC court. The list goes on and on.

Kip Kiser is one of the nicest fellows you will ever meet. He is honest dependable and if I could only have one friend in this life it would be Kip. I have known him all of my Life and the only thing he has ever been guilty of is maybe eating one two many of his Moms treats.We need to pray for Kip during this time of unrest. He did not ask for this new responsibility.

kip kiser since the late 70’s he was I high school senior when Sam Parker hired him at the Chesterfield County hospital to drive part time a ambulance that I was the EMT I’m and from that point untill now he and I have never had a cross
Word! I have no idea who you are but you dont know me at all ! I closed my business 2 years ago and have nothing at stake in Cheraw at this point. I am thankful that some friends there brought this to my attention and I could respond . I wish all parties well in what goes on
