Add this to the endless stream of wishful thinking laws the GOP is “backing” that will never pass Congressional approval, let alone Obama’s signature. It might be more efficient to put a recycle bin in front of the GOP’s legislative printer so that the pointless bills at least get recycled into eco-friendly toilet paper. I’d love to wipe my ass with “34th Attempt to Repeal Obamacare” brand TP.
