The question is, what kind of shady shit may come from a private company “managing” the gubmint lottery?
I say let the current lottery stay public, just legalize private gambling operations. At least a public lottery drums up revenue from willing volunteers.

In the “lottery world” there is a big push to privatize. Simply put, it gives huge profits to select vendors. Sellers will get his cut. Off the top of my head I would guess 100 grand in contributions and a job or contract for consulting or legal work worth 6 figures or more per year.
But hey, with so many politicians making money of government why shouldn’t Sellers?
