“will not be taken lightly by my administration”
What fucking “administration”? You are a student leader of a fucking third rate law school, not a reincarnation of Idi Amin.
3rd rate law school? Which school are you talking about exactly USC or Charleston?
When in the hell did USC get a Law School?
Had one for a while, a JD from USC isn’t worth the toilet paper it’s written on but the graduates think they’re equal with the likes of Yale or Harvard Law School graduates.
Not sure if it is true at the law school but many of these school student presidents are paid for their work. If I remember correctly the College of Chas kid make 10 grand a year.
Anybody know the facts on this stuff?

Who gives a damn about this story. The guy is a STUDENT president, not a “real” politician.
Hell, he’s not even a “real” STUDENT if he goes to CSOL.

Fits- just one more story that most people don’t care about. Also, I find it amusing that in every piece of work you do regarding CSOL, you have to say something about CSOL being a laughing stock, etc. Who exactly is laughing? Is it just you? If so, why? How did you do on the SC Bar Exam again?
From what I have noticed after graduating from CSOL, passing the Bar, and practicing law – no one is laughing. In fact, There are many of us (every member of my firm for example) that are trying and winning cases and are every bit as equal as lawyers from any other law school. I talk with lawyers from USC every day and not once has it seemed to be an issue where either of us went to law school. Law school is a stepping stone and nothing more. Once you take the next step, nobody cares about the previous one.
Get some new material and quit bashing CSOL. It is exhausting to watch.

This guy is a personal and professional disaster. The only thing he has is being negro. That may help him climb back out of the gutter. However, his actions and personal professionalism will certainly get him back there in short order.
He is a liberal Democrat and black. Toal will make sure his BAR exam is marked passed without any review of the document. He has friends in high political places and as we know, in South Carolina and espectially in the SC Judiciary, that is all that matters.

If I went to Furman I’d hire a lawyer and sue Fits and Griffin.

C’mon FITS.. You know I’m a loyal reader who just happens to be a CSOL grad.. Neither one of our state’s law schools are that great. It is what it is. But I’d darn sure rather spend three extra years in Charleston than in Columbia. I’m proud of my school. I even have an official school Tervis tumbler from the gift shop!
