I think your conspiracy theory is still BS but the biggest take away from the survey is:
Wait time by race:
White: 12.7 mins
Hispanic: 20.2 mins
Black: 20.2 mins

That’s the average for the state not Richland County. It took me 2 hours and 45 minutes at tiny precinct that votes at Brennan Elementary, so I really don’t give a shit what the NY Times says. Or you for that matter.
I’m in a black district and I waited over two hours…
Maybe we should change the election process
Lottery to be held to draw names of 75,000 registered voters
Each voter will be invited to a turkey shoot to be held at Death Valley
Upon arriving at DV each winner will be given a rifle with one bullet
All the candidates will be placed in the center of the field
Upon command the candidates can run around on the field as long as they don’t go out of bounds or cross the goal line
As soon as all the candidates get up a good wind the voters can take their one shot
The last turkey standing will be declared winner
There are still some bugs to work out but with a little time I am sure the process could be made more politically correct

Why not just have early voting?
For some odd reason,Republicans like Fits,who are all if a sudden all concerned about people voting,have traditionally opposed such.
Just think,all the members of the sect who wanted to kill that tax increase in Richland County could have had a week or so to have killed it!j
