Frierson is more articulate than Lillian McBride but completely incapable of being an independent family court judge. Jean makes every important decision. It appears Jean thought if Darryl Jackson could elevate one of his most blindly loyal servants to a higher position to strenghten his political base, then she could also. Somebody posted about Barbara Verne Seymour and her brother Michael Virzi’s ODC situation. FRIERSON should have been the one to answer for that mess, but since Toal is in charge of all investigations without review by anyone, nothing ever happened. Stephanie Nye would have been worse in that position. She really knows how to play politics.

It is in the comments under the Fitsnews article on this Toal/Frierson joke nomination. I called a lawyer bud in the know and he said it was true, but that his attorney general office connections said they don’t give a crap about Jean Toal and her personal, crooked lawyer police force.

Toal and Frierson are in charge of what assignments Pope gets as a newby judge. Chesterfield, Anderson, Allendale, Jasper, Cherokee Counties – here comes Judge Pope.

Contrary to what Fits says,Toal is on the way out.Her effort to have the age limit of Judges extended is not going to make it through the Senate.
Although narrow,this was a major defeat for her and a harbinger of things to come.

I say FUCK Jean ” The Troll” Toal! I encourage legislation NOT to pass the bill that would allow this drunk, corrupt, double standatd bitch to serve pass mandatory retire age of 72. There is light at the end of the tunnel to getting rid of “Troll” in less than 2 years unless law enforcement can arrest her ass before for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident for the thrid time, or something else.

This state has NEVER had a more intelligent female lawyer, other than perhaps the late Judge Jean Galloway Bissell, who was appointed to the federal Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. I don’t care what party you belong to. Brains still count.

Pissed is an under-statement. Employees (servants) in the old Post Office are all but hiding under desks today. Pen is in her right hand and pad in her left. Making that list. Poor DS.
Sic–made a few calls to some friends of mine in Cola after reading this to see what the “good” gossip was. The general theme ran along these lines: 1)the Queen was/is in a highly aggitated state and was seen making calls from her chambers regarding several lawmakers who had not supported Frierson; 2)she was also seen on a cell phone talking with someone (believed to be Frierson)and was overheard telling the person that they would get another shot;3)she also has supposedly cleared her schedule for the weekend (don’t think I want to be at any SuperBowl party she’s at Sunday);4)finally, for all her flaws the Queen is known for being nice to the guards at the SCSC, she is reportd to have left without speaking to anyone. Anyone who knows the Queen knows when she goes silent to run for cover, there will be blood and payback. Judging by the overall tone of everyone I talked with I would love to be a fly on the wall when she gets home.
The Queen left the SCSC building through the back door at 5:07 pm. Her male old guard walked out with her as did two female administrative types. The younger one had a bushel basket load of mail. The other gray head woman and Jean talked and talked while the guard waited and waited. Well, Jean was talking and talking and the gray head woman was just shaking her head yes, yes, and yes. Jean was quite demonstrative and even laughed a couple of times. Jean looked at something which appeared to be hanging down from the front end of her car.
