I think pols who wrap themselves in the flag probably have deep rooted inadequacy issues. Have you never heard of a flag stand Larry?

Politicians are generally the worst sort of people.
They mostly seek (and then protect) power in order to tell others what to do, or merely profit from their authority to redistribute others’ money.
Anyone who has spent time with Larry knows he is a hell of a nice guy. He is the type of guy you want to have a beer with or see drive up when you’ve got a flat in a bad part of town. Sadly, that may be the problem: nice guys don’t usually win Congressional Seats.
