The worse speech I have ever heard. A 3rd grader could have done a better job. Haley kept tripping over the words on her teleprompter – sounded like she did not practice at all. And then there is the content or what little there was of content – she spent most of the speech introducing people. She did not apologize for hacking and screwing up the personal information for residents for the rest of their lives. There were 4 hackings – all departments reported directly to Nikki Haley. That is the exact reason why Nikki Haley should never be put in charge of Dept. of Admin. Then there was that little classless remark she made about Katrina Shealy and Jake Knotts – total lack of class.

It was not a State of the State speech – it was a campaign speech.
