So here’s future NFL draft pick (and former University of South Carolina superstar) Marcus Lattimore like you’ve never seen him before.

And no … that’s not a wig. That’s Lattimore’s natural hair – which is usually braided in his signature corn rows.
USC’s career scoring leader, Lattimore’s career nearly came to a horrific end last year when he suffered a downright gruesome injury to his right knee in a game against the Tennessee Volunteers. Fortunately Lattimore’s injury wasn’t as bad as it looked (we still refuse to watch the replays), and he underwent successful surgery last November to repair several damaged ligaments.
The 6-foot-1, 218-pound Duncan, S.C. native amassed 2,677 rushing yards, 767 receiving yards and 41 touchdowns in just 28 games at South Carolina – helping turn the Gamecocks into one of the nation’s elite programs in the process.
Last month Lattimore announced his intention to forego his final year of eligibility and enter the 2013 NFL draft, knowing he will likely have to sit out the coming football season.
