This game could really go either way. Both teams can be really good when they’re good, and really bad when they’re bad. My guess is that one team will show up good and one will show up bad and it’ll be a blowout. I really hope not. I want to see a great game, win or lose.

I have to admit, I think Clemson will pull it out this year. For Carolina to have a chance, they will need either a defensive or Special teams score. Shaw ate Clemson up last year running the ball. Don’t think he can gimp his way to 100 yards this year. Hope I am wrong.

I’ve heard that since Rutgers and Maryland have left the ACC, Dutch Fork High School and Irmo High School have paid fines to leave the SCHSL and join the ACC. Should make for great football next season…
You left this out: DFHS and IHS have already been Projected to face each other in the 2013 ACC-CG…
Of course the A.D.s at both High Schools are worried because the teams will be playing in front of smaller crowds in the ACC…and they expect the ticket sales to be down from 2012…

This so called rivalry game means squat to anybody outside SC. Always has, always will.
SC fans seem to think the SEC got better when they joined. SEC has always been a top conference especially in football because with the exception of Vandy, they cater to athletes. Everyone knows that.
