Here’s an easy fix: What were the total number of ballots cast both up and down ticket for that race in the corresponding precincts and wards? If 5000 folks voted for president, 5100 for dog catcher, and then a shitton more or less for other races, Houston, we have a problem.
At least it wasn’t a dead body they missed like the City of Columbia of Police did….

The only solution to Richland County is Lexington County! Other than moving, all else is a waste of time.
Just more of Richland County business as usual. I mean they have a fire chief who retired, came back and reapplied for his job and got it back. So now he’ll draw retirement and a paycheck. Just when I don’t believe citizens and administrators in Richland County can do any dumber they go out and prove me wrong. All I can say, is you poor people get what you keep electing.

WIS is now reporting 10 voting machines found… at a middle school in Richland County. 4 machines found at another sight. Non of the votes have been counted on those machines.
Actually, those machines may not represent anything suspect. Supposedly, it’s common to take those cartridges out of the machines and down to the election commission, and leave them (machines) at the precinct for later pick up.
Someone literally walked into the community center last night for a meeting and tweeted out pics of voting machines just sitting there. I call BS on the notion that it’s routine. It’s been over a week and random people could just steal the machines waiting for the scheduled pick up. It’s crap.
Also, watch. The Richland County legislative delegation began this by swearing to get to the bottom and correct the issue. They are now in full backpedal. They will do nothing. The line to be used will be “early voting would have solved this.” They will white wash the whole thing.
Watch.

-excerpted- The photos show the machines have red tags on them. On Election Night, Jody Barr (WISTV) reports a poll worker told him the red tags are to stay on the machines until they are unsealed for tabulation.
Marci Andino with the South Carolina Election Commission informed Barr via Twitter Thursday night that they “don’t need voting machines to count votes.

I understand if anyone doesn’t want to trust what Andino says, I was merely referring to the fact that it makes sense that those red cassettes are what contain all the tabulations, and as yet, no one has said they were not taken in for counting.
Facts- In Richland County, 1,127 ballots from the Bluff and Ward 21 precincts voting machines were not counted in the November 2010 election. Richland used 836 machines in 2010 with a turnout of 120,000. In 2012, Richland used 729 machines with turnout of 153,999. 45 machines were broken so bad they could not even suit up for the big game.
The machines are at the core of the problem and are dis-enfranchising voters.
It is time to fix the system.
They need to investigate Lexington County, also. People are saying there is no way Knotts lost.

I just heard the RC Elections office asked for 2 more hours of time. I asked a co-worker, who is black, what’s going on. He answered, “CPT.” I laughed until I nearly fell out of my chair. He said that I could never say that, but he could.
If we have a new election maybe we can all show up and write in ANYONE but that dope JOE WILSON!
