Funny thing about those dumbass Vaughters nuts, they both just KNEW they were going to win. They’ve always claimed to be the smartest person in the room. Both are delusional, moronic and a waste of time. Both are subsidized by Medicaid. Both are hypocrites. DumDum definitely morphed into her mother-in-law, not the one in UCLA.

“Is this democracy? Of course not …”

In what races were opponents to incumbents actually stopped from running whether by being the nominee of an opposing party, by petition, etc?

Could it be that most constituents were satisfied with their present representation? Whether that is foolish on their part or not, the fact remains….it is their choice. So isn’t that “democracy”?

A very soviet-like election. Never thought it could happen here.

“Is this democracy? Of course not …”

Yes, actually it is. It’s all “legal”….

The problem is the general worship of “democracy” as some god.

What will poor Jakie do now, besides spend more time walking around naked at the Skyline Club. Maybe go into business full-time with Danny Frazier.

Congratulations to Katrina Shealy defeating Knotts. There were special circumstances in that race and she worked hard. Unfortunately, the other petition candidates were not so fortunate.

We need term limits and ethics reform to help clean up the mess in Columbia.

I’m shocked Shealy pulled it off frankly given her petition status. I’m not sure the substance of her message(?) did it, but at least Lexington can say it has a more ethical electorate than Chesterfield….lol….though that’s really not saying much.
