The No. 13 University of South Carolina football team survived a second-half shootout with unranked Tennessee this weekend, but the story of the game – and perhaps the story of the 2012 Gamecock season – was a gruesome, potentially career-ending injury suffered during the first half of the game by star running back Marcus Lattimore.
