IMAGES FROM SOUTH CAROLINA’S DEFEAT IN DEATH VALLEY
Louisiana State University showed why it was the nation’s preseason No. 1 this weekend, rattling off 13 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to hand third-ranked South Carolina its first loss of the 2012 season. Les Miles’ Tigers also defended their home turf from a perceived insult from USC head coach Steve Spurrier – winning for the 22nd consecutive game at “Death Valley.”
